Notes from the Director:

As the Director of Company, I am looking for that "Wall of Sound" provided by good and insightful ACTORS that can also move well.

This is a new "Company" that will take the '60s mannequin characterizations, and bring them into the present time.

Every show evolves, changes, adapts and recreates itself within the original script. The time period will remain, but the characters are now more thoughtful, sensitive and searching within... in other words, be prepared to not only sing the notes beautifully, but to find, explore and give the audience a "thinking" cast of New Yorkers – not the version of the hard, unlikable, bitter characters of the past.

If you would like to take this marvelous journey us, please prepare:

Two numbers in the style of the show.
I will permit a number from the show, but please have a back-up number. Approx. 32 bars. Bring your sheet music, make sure you select something that a pianist will find simple to play. No tapes or CDs.
A 30-second monologue in the style of the show.
An up- to-date picture or headshot. (It may not be returned to you.)
An up-to-date resume, with references, if available.
Your personal calendar in order to list all conflicts. No conflicts will be accepted for tech week (Jan 30, 2017 – Feb 2, 2017).
Dress to move. A choreographer will be running you through a routine.
Just show up. No appointment needed.
Please attend ONE audition session only
Callbacks by invitation.
