More Audition Details:
All roles are open and unpaid.
Please prepare one verse of a song in English and bring sheet music in the appropriate key for the provided accompanist. Please do not audition a cappella.
Short, cold readings may be provided at auditions.
You will also be asked to provide ALL of your scheduling conflicts for the rehearsal period of November through February.
If cast, you will be required to pay annual membership dues ($25 for ages 18+, $15 for 17 and under).
Current & Former VLOC members: Please note that due to an overwhelming interest and limited space on the F. Scott Fitzgerald stage for cast members, ALL those interested in performing (including chorus) MUST audition.
Performers of all ages (elementary school through retirement) are encouraged to audition. Children and teens are especially welcome. We love to teach people who are new to operetta!
