The Universalist National Memorial Church in downtown Washington, DC is in search of a Tenor Section Leader/Soloist for it’s ensemble of quality singers. This rehearsal times are as follows: Thursday night rehearsals (7:00-9:00pm), and the 11:00am Sunday Service (9:45am call).
The choir sings two anthems per Sunday of a varying repertoire from Bach to Gospel. The Section Leaders sing solos and quartet works as needed. Each soloist will have at least 2 Solos during July and August. In addition to Sunday morning worship, Section Leaders sing for Christmas Eve, as well as Easter Morning, and at least 1 concert.
This will be a great opportunity to develop and increase one’s repertoire, as well as network your talents for other musical opportunities.
