Loudoun Lyric Opera will be hosting special auditions on Tuesday 9/3 from 7-10 PM by appointment for character sopranos and mezzos interested in the the role of the Witch in Hansel & Gretel. Auditions will be held at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 605 West Market St., Leesburg, VA 20176.
Audition Requirements: Auditioners should bring one aria in English, a copy of their resume/headshot and a $10 audition fee.

"Hansel & Gretel" Program Dates: September 29, 2013 - December 15, 2013
Rehearsals begin 9/29 and will be held on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday evenings in Leesburg through 11/20. Tech week run 12/1 – 12/5 in Purcellville, VA. Performances are 12/6-12/8 and 12/15 in Purcellville and Leesburg, VA.
