Restrictions: Auditions are open to all voice types for the ensemble, and for character parts cast from the ensemble (e.g. Physician, Servant, Cutthroat, Messenger, Herald, Apparizione – soprano and baritone). Auditions will also be held for a baritone to understudy and occasionally serve as rehearsal cover for Macbeth. All singers should be local to the Washington, DC metro area.
2012-2013 Season Information: Verdi’s Macbeth
Program Dates: April 16, 2013 - June 15, 2013
Rehearsals will begin approximately April 16, two times a week (probably Tuesday and Friday evenings) at locations in Fairfax and Annandale, VA. There will be four performances at venues in Fairfax County and Washington DC in late May and early June, concluding no later than June 15.
Compensation: All roles are unpaid. Unfortunately, no housing support is available for non-local artists.
