Rock Of Ages - National Tour, Drew & Lonny / Phoenix Entertainment


Phoenix Entertainment is holding open auditions for the non-Equity National Tour of ROCK OF AGES. Kristin Hanggi, director; Kelly Devine, choreographer; Ethan Popp, Music Supervision; Chris D’Arienzo, book; Journey, Styx, Twisted Sister, Foreigner, etc…music & lyrics; Stephen B. Kane and Michael McFadden, Producers; Mark Minnick, Casting.

SEEKING:
DREW: An appealing, good-guy rocker with charm, vulnerability and a very strong rock tenor voice. Drew works at the legendary Bourbon Room hoping and waiting for his rock star dreams to come true. He finds an instant attraction to Sherrie, the beautiful new arrival from the Midwest, who encourages him to go after his dreams.

LONNY: The narrator of the piece, charming, mischievous, welcoming, vibrant personality, a guy who would be fun to spend one drunken night with. Strong, honest comedic timing/improv skills and strong rock vocals.

Union Information: Non-Equity

Salary: Competitive package

Audition Date: Monday, September 17th at 10am

Audition Location:Pearl Studios, 519 8th Ave, 12th floor, NYC.

Looking for fresh, appealing, energetic performers with a rock & roll sensibility, fun personality, strong singing voices and strong movement ability.
