Seeking a brilliant young actress in her late teens or early 20s to play Judy Garland at ages 13-16.
Judy has the energy of a pep squad and a never-say-die commitment to succeed, combined with a ready wit and a wicked sense of the absurd.
More than anything, Judy just wants to be loved and accepted for who she is.
Her vulnerability is as fragile as her self-esteem.
Dance skills, including tap are a huge plus.
