BUSCH GARDENS ENTERTAINMENT is seeking vibrant, energetic performers and musicians for its collection of world-class productions.
Seeking a few triple threat performers, but mostly strong actors/singers, strong dancer/actors and strong musicians.
Performers of all ethnicities are strongly encouraged to attend.
Award-winning Creative Team members come from Broadway, Hollywood and London’s West End theatres.
The highly acclaimed shows have the spirit, energy and production values of mini Broadway musicals.
All rehearsals are in Williamsburg, VA. Rehearsals start on February 28, March 7 or March 11 depending on show.
Shows open on March 18, March 25 and April 3 and close on April 30, August 27 and September 4 respectively.
Pays $20.01 an hour for principal roles. $14.32 an hour for ensemble roles. Non-union.

CELTIC FYRE - Let your heart dance right along as fabulous music and the pure energy of Irish dance explode onstage in one of our most popular shows ever. Enjoy the Celtic tradition of storytelling as you connect with the heart and soul of the Irish people through the universal language of dance.
[INNKEEPER – PRINCIPAL SINGER] Male. The proprietor of the Celtic Fyre Inn. Strong, mature personality and charisma with a bit of Irish charm. Must move well. Strong Broadway style voice. Also performs as singer in village band opening on March 17. Vocal Range: Tenor with a strong belt and sustained G5.
[TOMMY] Strong, comedic personality and charisma with a bit of Irish charm. Must move well. Strong Broadway style voice. Also performs as singer in village band opening on March 17. Vocal Range: Baritone with a strong belt.
[TONY] Strong, comedic personality and charisma with a bit of Irish charm. Must move well. Strong Broadway style voice. Also performs as singer in village band opening on March 17. Vocal Range: Tenor with a strong belt.
[MAUREEN] Maternal with a strong presence. Comedic timing a plus. Must move well. Lyrical style voice. Also performs as singer in village band opening on March 17. Vocal Range: Mezzo Soprano with a sustained E5.
[FRANKIE] Warm, friendly, charming with a strong presence. Comedic timing a plus. Must move well. Broadway style voice. Also performs as singer in village band opening on March 17. Vocal Range: Alto
[CELTIC MUSICIANS] Seeking vibrant, personable, energetic, proficient instrumentalist/performers for both CELTIC FYRE and VILLAGE BAND: GUITAR, BODHRAN, VIOLIN/FIDDLE.
OKTOBERZEST - This new show, performed in Das Festhaus ® in the Oktoberfest village, features German music and dances with a modern and new approach. Guests can enjoy a German meal in the large dining hall while being entertained by cultural singers and dancers, along with a band featuring a violinist.
[FEMALE SINGERS] Dynamic, charming personality and excellent voice. Must be able to dance and engage with audience. Partnering experience a plus Vocal Ranges: Mezzo Soprano and Soprano.

[FEMALE SINGER/DANCERS] Seeking dynamic triple theatre performers who possess strong vocal and dance technique. Partnering and lift experience a plus. Females should bring heels and flats.

SWINGS
[MALE SWING VOCALIST – PRINCIPAL SINGER] Must be able to learn and play all male singer roles (up to 8 parts) to cover all mainstage shows. Exceptional singer with great presence. Must move very well. Vocal Range: Tenor with strong belt and sustained G5.
[FEMALE SWING VOCALIST – PRINCIPAL SINGER] Must be able to learn and play all female singer roles (up to 8 parts) to cover all mainstage shows. Exceptional singer with great presence and comedic timing. Must move very well. Vocal Range: Versatile Mezzo with top note: E5
Pays $20.26 an hour for principal roles. $14.57 an hour for ensemble roles.

Singers should be prepared to come back for a movement call later in the day or the following day.
