NextStop Theatre Company-young performers in 3rd through 9th grade-The Wizard of Oz

NextStop Theatre Company is seeking young performers in 3rd through 9th grade for a full-scale musical production of The Wizard of Oz this holiday season.

Since 2014, NextStop has produced by-kids-for-kids community outreach shows which seek to build community and foster a life-long love of the performing arts. Working alongside professional artists and directors, and speaking peer-to-peer with young audience members, participants have the opportunity to grow as performers and serve their community.

In past years, tickets have been provided to families with members serving in the armed forces, children with terminal illnesses, senior enrichment, and families struggling with poverty.

This is an open call for unpaid/volunteer roles in this community service project which will be supported by a team of high caliber directors, designers, technical personnel, and three actors from NextStop’s professional company.
