AYC is made up of 70 singers, ages 8-14, divided into a junior and senior division, now starting our 10th season. Tuition assistance program enables EVERY AYC child to participate, regardless of socio-economic background.
Venues have included:
The White House, US Capitol Building, Library of Congress, National Building Museum, The Filmore Silver Spring, National Archives, The Kennedy Center, and the Atlas Performing Arts Center
Youth Rehearsals are held at the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop from 4:30pm to 6:00pm
Ages 8-10 rehearse on Tuesdays
Ages 11-14 rehearse on Thursdays
