Encore Stage & Studio seeks an experienced Stage Manager for our production of Mary Poppins in summer 2016. Must be comfortable working with a cast and crew ages 15 through adult, as well as a professional staff. A proven track record with large cast shows and/or musicals is strongly preferred. This show will involve flying, so attention to detail and strict adherence to safety standards are vital. Encore is very interested in considering candidates with undergraduate or graduate stage management experience.
The show rehearses evenings, Monday—Friday at Thomas Jefferson Community Theatre in Arlington. Access to a car is strongly recommended.
Dates: Mainly evenings, mid-May to late July. Select daytime availability during tech week. The show will open Friday, July 15 and closes Sunday, July 24.
Stipend: $500.00
