SEEKING: 2 Male Ensemble Knights: Seeking masculine, appealing smart actors who sing. Between 5'10 and 6'3. These slots will also understudy the following roles. One actor may cover both roles so please attend of you fit the breakdown for a Knight.
ARTHUR: (to play 20-40): A masculine, appealing man, youthful and idealistic in spirit, his strength is tested continuously by the mounting burdens of the Crown. A strong actor, attractive, in-shape baritone (Low A to Eb)
KING PELLINORE/ MERLYN: Actor doubles as both roles. KING PELLINORE is a wonderfully funny and stuffily “British” old knight – provides the most consistent comic relief in the play. Dedicated to Arthur. Very eccentric. MERLYN is the famous wizard who teaches Arthur almost all he needs to know. He disappears after the second scene in the show.

For Arthur we start with his first scene with Guenevere and the end of Act One monologue. For Merlyn/Pellinore we start with the first Pellinore scene.

Competitive compensation package includes salary, per diem, travel and housing. Contracts are September 2014 - Jun 30, 2015. Performers must be over 18 years of age.
