City of Fairfax Theatre Company and Truro Anglican Church are proud to announce Pippi Longstocking as their summer musical. In this artistic and comic musical for all ages, Pippi Longstocking comes to life as a high spirited, warm hearted incarnation of every child’s dream of freedom and power. We hope you will join us for this whimsical journey - starring pirates, circus entertainers, a few cops and robbers, and the world's most popular whippersnapper!

AUDITION INFORMATION
Requirements for auditions are below.
Age 12 and under*
- sing "Happy Birthday" or a verse of "Amazing Grace" with piano accompaniment (pianist provided)
- a cold reading (children will be given an except from the show and asked to read the part of various characters)
Age 13 - Adult
- 16 bars of a musical theatre song (no pop, classical or songs from the show). Please bring a clearly marked score for the pianist in a binder.
- a memorized monologue under 1 minute
*children age 12 and under are welcome to follow the audition requirements for age 13+, but it is not required or expected.
