General auditions for unmanaged artists for the opera chorus for Gershwin's Porgy & Bess will take place in Princeton, NJ on January 11, 12 and 13, 2014. To request an audition, please email operachorus@princetonfestival.org.
Please prepare one operatic aria or art song (preferably in English) and bring your current résumé and an 8x10 photo to the audition. An accompanist will be provided.
The Princeton Festival opera chorus are paid positions with rehearsals beginning in mid-May 2014. Please note if you are selected to cover a principal role, you will be also be expected to sing in the ensemble.
