New Candlelight Theatre - Auditions for "Anything Goes"




New Candlelight Theatre will present the Cole Porter classic, Anything Goes, March 29 – May 11.

There is a possible call back at Candlelight Wednesday January 29 at 6:30.
Please prepare 16-32 bars of a musical theatre song in the style of the show.
Be prepared for a dance call. (Bring clothes that are easy to move in, as well as character and tap shoes).
Please come with headshot and resume stapled together.

Performances are Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
Also scheduled: Wednesday matinees, April 23 and May 7
Thursday evening, May 1.

Reno Sweeney — a nightclub singer turned Evangelist. Mezzo G3-Eb5
Billy Crocker - assistant to Elisha J. Whitney, love-struck, would-be suitor to Hope.
Tenor B3 - G4
Hope Harcourt - American debutante and the object of Billy's affection. Soprano A4 - Eb5.
Mrs. Evangeline Harcourt - Hope's mother.
Lord Evelyn Oakleigh - Hope's wealthy English fiancee. Baritone. C3 - G4.
Moonface Martin - a second-rate gangster, "Public Enemy Number 13", soon to not be
thought as a public enemy at all. Tenor Bb3 - Gb4.
Erma - sidekick to Moonface. Mezzo A4 - C#5.
Elisha J. Whitney - Ivy League Wall Street banker, Billy's boss. Baritone C3 - D4.
