Auditions will be held on Saturday October 5 from 10 AM -4PM at Immanuel On the Hill Episcopal Church, 3606 Seminary Road, Alexandria, Virginia at the intersection of Quaker Lane and Seminary Road.

Ariadne auf Naxos
Verdi opera (t/b/d)
Program Information:
We are a new group offering singers a chance to sing in operas that are not often done, concert version, some minimal staging. Our first will be Ariadne auf Naxos, Richard Strauss and the second, a large Italian work by Verdi to be determined. Tentative time frame for Ariadne is January 2014 and for Verdi is May 2014. All leads will be double cast, as well as smaller roles if possible. Singers may be paid a small stipend from audience proceeds after costs for accompanists are met. Artistic director to be determined. Administration will be provided by Jane Tavernier and Mary Ellen Brennan.
