The In Series is accepting headshots and resumes for a Boy Soprano, age 10, to perform in the World Premiere of a haunting American opera-musical by Chris Patton and Bill Moses titled FAMILY REUNION. Love, loss, duty, and memories of happier times converge as a family wrestles with issues of care for their aging grandmother. Performance dates are December 2-7, 2013 at the GALA Theatre in Washington, DC. Rehearsals (in DC) start in mid to late-October. A small stipend is provided. This is a major singing role (similar in scope to OLIVER) and a strong, accomplished singer is desired. Must read music.
