Audition Details: We are holding auditions for a workshop production of A Fire in Water. Anyone cast in this September workshop production will have first consideration for any future performances, like our planned participation in the 2014 Capital Fringe Festival.
Performances are tentatively scheduled for:

Saturday, September 21

Parking is available, and the church is a ten minute walk from the Rockville metro.
If you'd like to audition for a singing role, please prepare one aria - preferably something in English and from the 20th or 21st Century. Art songs, other languages, or other time periods are acceptable, but not preferable.
If you are a man and would also like to be considered for a speaking role, you may also prepare a contemporary monologue if you wish. We also will have sides for a cold reading if you would prefer.
If you would only like to audition for a speaking role, please prepare a contemporary, English-language monologue.
There is a $10 audition fee. Please bring it to the audition. We will accept cash or a check made out to Michael Oberhauser.
This is a paying gig, but we're not entirely sure of the amount yet. It depends on what we receive in donations. If you have any questions about that, please don't hesitate to ask.
