Seeking:
*young looking tenor or mezzo soprano (pants role)
* Mezzo to cover one role for 1 performance (for more info, contact smpflueger@gmail.com)
*Silent boy role
* Chorus: All parts; more male voices needed
Details on the boy role:
Non singing, non speaking boy for the pivotal role of Billy. The character appears throughout the entire opera, but has no lines. Only needs to be available for staging rehearsals.
Rehearsals: June 19th thr July 10th (between 9 and 12 rehearsals) at Wesley United Methodist Church in Vienna, VA
Must be available for these dates:
Technical Rehearsal: TU 7/10 5:30PM - 10:00PM*
Performances:
FRI 7/13 6:00PM
SAT 7/14 5:00PM (recording)
WE 7/18 8:00PM
SA 7/21 2:00PM
Pay: small stipend may be provided
Local singers preferred.
