Baltimore's Opera Vivente will hold auditions for its 2011-2012 season in Baltimore Thursday thru Saturday, November 18-20, 2010. Repertoire to include Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro, Smetana’s The Bartered Bride, and Sondheim’s Passion. Interested singers should submit a headshot, resume, CD recording (if available), and a $25 check or money order made payable to:

Date or time preference should be expressed in a cover letter. Singers will be notified of their audition slot via email. Singers granted an audition should be prepared to sing two arias, one of which must be in English. Translations are acceptable. An accompanist will be provided, but singers may bring their own accompanist if they wish.
